The following guidelines may be helpful as you prepare your electronic files to submit for reproduction. We work in a PC environment. Please check your files carefully as we will not be held responsible for errors and.or omissions when files are submitted by customer.

The following guidelines may be helpful as you prepare your electronic files to submit for reproduction. We work in a PC environment. Please check your files carefully as we will not be held responsible for errors when files are not submitted in exact accordance with our specification.
Acceptable File Formats for Artwork
CorelDraw are most preferred; EPS vectored file with all text created to outlines or curves; For full-color jobs which include any artwork with gradients, screen, or photographs a TIFF, JPG, PSD or flattened PDF (at a resolution of 300 dpi or better) is acceptable.
If art is to bleed off the paper, that bleed area (measuring 1/8") should be included on the art.
At minimum we need inside margins on business cards to be 1/8" (0.125") and everything else 3/8" (0.375").
We do not accept low resolution JPG, GIF or BMP files.
Any piece of art that has to be separated, typeset, spread, trapped converted, or "cleaned up" in any way is NOT "camera-ready" and the work required on our end is billable at the rate of $60/hr.
Emailing Order Information
If we are designing or setting it up for you, it is important to know that the more specific you are in the beginning the better. You receive 3 proofs with your order. Any addition time will be charged.
To send us any order by email, we need the following information:
Company Name
Contact Name and Phone Number
If someone referred you, his/her name and company name
If we have done this job previously
Email to send proof
If you need: numbering plus start #, padding, folding, drilling, scoring, perfs, stapling, die cutting, or bookwrapping
If we are designing or setting it up for you, all the information & image(s) you want on your order.
To order business cards, we need the following additional information:
Quantity (Exp. 250, 500, or 1000)
Type of Paper & Color (Exp. Linen – Sandstone, Regular – White)
Type of Finish (Matte, Glossy on Front, or Glossy on front and back)
a. Glossy cards are only available for full-color cards
Color(s) of Ink on Front (See below for colors)
If you are doing anything other than Full-Color we need to know if you would prefer it raised printing or flat printing on the Front
If you want UV coating on the front and/or the back we need to know that as well
Color(s) of Ink on Back (See below for colors)
We can also do foil imprinted cards. If you want anything specific that you don't see here, please let us know. The above information is for our general business card jobs.
To order NCR forms, we need the following information:
Size (Example 8.5"x 11" or 5.5"x 8.5")
If you want 2-part, 3-part, 4-part or 5-part
Color(s) of Ink on Front (See below for colors)
Color(s) of Ink on Back (If applicable)

Size Choices: 50 (5/8"x 1 5/8"), 100 (9/16"x 2 3/8"), 200 (1"x 2 ½"), 300 (1 ½"x 3")
Color of Ink: (Choices: Red, Blue, Black, Green, Purple)
Ink Colors:
Standard colors: Black, Reflex Blue, Red, Burgundy, Green, & Brown;
House colors: Teal, Grey, Pine Green, Purple, Violet, Pro Blue, Yellow, Orange & Pink;

Any piece of art that has to be separated, typeset, spread, trapped, converted, “cleaned up” in any way, or is NOT “camera-ready” and requires work on our end is billable at the rate of $60/hr.
Once we receive your files, we will reply to you with an email stating we have received them and that you take full responsibility for your artwork. You must respond with acceptance before your files will be printed.
On all apparel jobs once authorization is given to order apparel and the order changes or is cancelled, there will be a 25% restocking fee plus the cost to ship the apparel back if the apparel is returnable to our supplier. If apparel is not returnable, you will be responsible for the entire cost.
We do not accept Microsoft Word, Publisher or PowerPoint files. We will accept Excel files only with a printed hard copy. We do not accept low resolution JPG, GIF or BMP files.
